General Questions

What kind of tea has the most antioxidants?

White tea, green tea, oolong tea and black tea all come from a kind of tree called chamellia sinensis, and are made into each car through a certain level of oxidation. Epiglocatecin gallate (EGCG), or catechin, is a type of polyphenol that is an extract of green tea leaves and is known to act as a powerful antioxidant.

Among the various teas, Mr. Rooibos Tea only sells Rooibos tea, which is rich in antioxidants and is called African ginseng, and healthy herbal tea. Mr. Rooibos is a company that offers the best products. It also blends fruits and edible flowers through tea so that tea can be served with a variety.

Type of Teas

It is one of the three non-alcoholic drinkers that people enjoy along with coffee and cocoa. It contains a lot of caffeine, catechins, and tannins, and enjoys its unique delicate aroma and flavor.

You can expect mental and physical stability from Theanine, which is very much sought after by people who need mental stability, and you can deliberately collect caffeine-rich tea leaves and drink them to wake up early in the morning, like Breakfast Tea in England.

Unlike coffee, tea actively prevents caffeine from being absorbed in the body, so you should be less careful about the side effects of caffeine than coffee. Catechin, also called polyphenols, is an antioxidant that helps the overall health of the body, blood vessels, and skin.

On the other hand, there are decaffeinated teas, most notably Rooibos tea, not tea trees, but beans and coniferous leaves from South Africa. In Europe, when you say red tea (a tea we call black tea is called black tea.” Since there is no caffeine, pregnant women can drink it without worry, and it is considered a tea substitute.

It’s not too much to say that half of the reason why you drink tea is ‘teanine.’ Usually, the amount of teranine is about green tea (non-effective), oolong tea (reactive) black tea (effective tea), and the substance has not been found to have any adverse effects so far, and is unique and proven to be beneficial to both body and body stability (stress relief, alpha-wave induction), and memory improvement. And there’s a product called Slow Cow that’s been enriched with teranine.

Tea, originally known as tea tree, is a tree called tea tree, like pine needles and bamboo sticks. But drinking tea leaves from the tea tree became a culture, and tea leaves were called tea. So we started to call the water “tea” habitually, even if it wasn’t tea leaves, and when we ate any grass, flowers, roots and so on, we started to call it tea.

Rooibos Tea

Rooibos is a conifer in the alpine town of Cape Town, South Africa, and a tea made by drying it is Rooibos tea. The search for the brewer’s tea is very similar to that of the black one, so the Dutch people who moved to Cape used it as a substitute for the black tea. So, besides drinking straight, there are also ways to blend mussels and drinks with milk tea and latte. It is known as health tea because it is free from caffeine and has antioxidant effect. It tastes similar to dongulle tea. It is slightly sweet without sugar and has a refreshing aftertaste.

Herbal tea

There is a typical peppermint, pointing to tea in hot water such as the leaves of scented plants. Although the origin of herbs, which are raw materials, is mostly around the Mediterranean Sea or Europe, there are some types of herbal tea that can be included in the category of herbal tea among Korean traditional Chinese medicine tea.

If you look for a story like the efficacy of each herb on the Internet, you may cure the disease, but most of them are healthy foods that promote digestion, so you shouldn’t overconfidence. If a few grass leaves can help with antidepressants or antihistamine, why do you need special medicine? However, depending on the quantity, variety, and effectiveness, those who can be sensitive to drugs such as pregnant women should be careful and drink steadily and enjoy their own effects.

Green Tea

It’s a kind of tea drink. Tea is usually divided into green tea, white tea, blue tea, yellow tea, black tea, and black tea depending on its fermentation, among which tea is called green tea.

It’s called green tea, but it doesn’t actually turn green. Tang is mainly a bright yellow color, and the tang of the reactionary effect (also known as “yellow tea”) is a close brown color of ‘nuri’. The name green tea should be considered just a symbol of the use of unoxidized tea leaves. If green tea comes out, the product uses pigments, and so on is similar to green. The name green tea is also given because the color green symbolizes nature.

How long does the Rooibos tea stay fresh?

Most herbs need to be eaten as soon as possible from the processed date to taste the best.
Rooibos is oxidized in a similar way to black tea, can store longer than other teas or herbs, and can drink fresh even up to two years.
